MOTOR FATALITY
NO PRIMA FACIE CASS.. Per Association. HAMILTON, March 1L Ashton Harold Flynn, a young motofp mechanic, was charged with driving a car in a negligent manner, and causing the death of Frederick Wiliam Chainey. The fatal accident occurred at Hamilton on tho evening of February 11th. The justices decided there was no prim* facie case to answer.
