A SERIOUS OFFENCE

LABOURER COMMITTED FOR FOR TRIAL Walter David Fisher, labourer, appeared on remand before Mr E. Page, S.M., yesterday morning, to answer a charge ot wilful indecent exposure in Wakefield street. Evidence in regard to the alleged offence was given by three female employees of the Pepsodent Company. Mr A. B. Sievwright, for the accused, intimated that the defence intended to prove a complete alibi. Fisher pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the Siipreme Court for trial. Bail was renewed at £IOO.
