COMPLIM EXTARY B ANQUET. The Hon. O. J. Hnwkcii, M.P. fvr Egniont, is to be entertained to-day at a garden party and to-night a banquet, to mark the pleasure of the electors at liis elevation to tho Ministry. Both functions will take place at Elthani, the headquarters of the Figment electorate. The Hon. F. J. Roireston will represent the Ministry.
