To judge by the special supplementary rolls prepared for use in t-odny’s Licensing Committee elections, which are conducted on the Parliamentary franchise, the compulsory enrolment lias failed to prevent the electoral rolls from shrinking. The figures for the four* electorates show that the enrolments since last October aro very email, amounting to less than one per cent, of the roll number.
