TYPING EXAMINATIONS
GILBY’S COLLEGE SUCCESSES The result of the examination held at Gilby’s College, Wellington, on September 23rd, luzd, for tne certificate of the Incorporated Phonographic Society, has just been received from London. Out of 29 candidates submitted everyone was successful, ten gaining tho distinction pass. The candidates were prepared by Miss Walsh and Miss Adams, the tutors to Gilby’s College. Tho following is tho list of successful candidates: Passed with Distinction : Edna Rowbund, Daisy Lyall Waddell, Hilda Beaumont, Fay Dulcie Wills, Audrey Vivian, Ellen Johnson, Ethel Mallett, Dorothy Sherlaw, Helen Smith,' Gwen Marlow.
Passed: Monica Freitas, Mary Ryan, Agnes Austin, Linda Garter, Muriel Sliand, Edith Burt, Moira Walslie, Marjorie Staples, Moira Callaghan, Alice Nelson, Marjorie Hunt, Mary Shaw, Reta Hargreaves, Ivy Smith, Doris Mills, Jean MacLachlan, Minnie Clark, Gwen Warren, Florrie Holmes.
