After sitting long past its usual hour of adjournment, the Senate on Wednesday evening ratified a resolution authorising the adherence of the United States to the Permanent Court of International Justice. Before the final roll-call was reached the old League of Nations controversy, the Woodrow Wilson policy, and manyother issues were. argued out again.
