Every city has its favoured residential localities; and Wellington is no exception to the rule. liie popularity of Mt. Victoria's sunny slopes, Wellington, is just a case in point. Being situated so handy to the city and shops, not forgetting theatres and trams; and being near the boat harbour and swimming baths, there is naturally a large number of people who would dearly love to own a home in Mt. Victoria.
