BOYS' MISCHIEF IN A TRAM DEPOT
Boys who entered the Grim#;by and Cleethorpes Tramway Depot unobserved did considerable damage. They boarded a car, and, switching on the power, set it in motion. The vehicle crashed :nto- three cars and drove them into the wall of the depot. Many of the windows of the cars were smashed. 1 Alarmed at th* dan age, the boys ran away, leaving the power on, with the result that resistance coils fired and set the car on fire. The outbreak was checked before the trnmsheds were involved, but extensive damage was done.
