The Carinthia, a huge 20,-000-ton ocean liner, steaming up Wellington harbour last Thursday morning, made it worth while rising from bed early. Those who were privileged to inspect the Carinthia say, in many respects, she is more attractive than many other huge ships. So also in a nmnher of ways the beautiful bungalows being erected for clients of R. Leslie Jones, estate agent, 101, Willis street, are better than many other houses. For price nnd easy' terms with the modest £IOO deposit, no one should hare much trouble in gettjng "housed.”—Advt.
