Arthur Lester Morgan was charged in the Magistrate’s Court with being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car, and that be drove the car recklessly. The information of drunkenness was dismissed. He was fined £lO for reckless driving, liis driver’s license was endorsed, and be was prohibited from driving for. three months.
