AN UNUSUAL CASE JUDGE SUGGESTS SETTLEMENT, Per Press Assocoiation. AUCKLAND, December 8. Tbe action in which Robert Richard Holmes sued Mary Winifred Nicholas for £BO6B, money advanced whilj the parties were living as man and wife, has concluded in the Supreme Court Sir Robert Stout said he agreed that there was no proof of a partnership in the business, and said the parties should have had the .dispute settled if they had any regard for the child. He reserved judgment, but 6till suggested that a settlement should be arranged. 0 e
