SOVIET OFFICIAL DISGUSTED A REMARKABLE SECESSION. Published in "Tlio Timas.” . LONDON, November 16. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” says that a serious blow has been struck" at Bolshevism by the defection of M. Dzevaltovsky, a prominent member, who held responsible administrative and other posts. 'He recently crossed the border, and surrendered to the noheo at Vilnn. He declared that after eight yenrß of practical application ho was disgusted with Bolshevism, and despaired of Communism, and had shaken the dust, of Soviet Ttusiia from liis feet. This secession has caused a sensation in the border States of Esthonia, Latvia, Lithuania, nnd Poland.
