Orr-Walker, 5.M.,. dealt •.with the following, list‘of by-law cages at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon:— Ernest Herbert Rawson, for driving in a manner dangerous to the public, was convicted and ordered to pav cpst.s. 1 - ■ " Op thp charge of leaving his car unattended Paul Olson Sabo was fined 10s and 7s costs. Aurelian Money, for cutting a co - ■ nor while riding a cycle, was ordered to pay costs only. For allowing his registration number to become indistinguishable Edwin Bishop Edmonds was fined 15s and 7s ccste, while on a similar charge Walter Henry Hislop was ordered to pay 7s ccsts only. For having no driver’s license the latter was fined £1 and 7s costs. Waltsr Follett Nicholla was fined 'Ob and 7s costs for allowing a chimney to become on firu. Godfrey Dawsett was fined 10s and 7s costs for riding a push-bike on the Hutt road bitumen track, and for riding without a proper light he was fired sb. and 7s costs. , Speeding on the Hutt road cost Stephen John Newland £2 and 7« ccsts. Charles Robert Barton for parking a car in front of a public entrance, was fined 10s and 7s costs. On the charge of failing to stop when requested to do so, Henry Frecf erick HaTding, a motor-lorry driver, was fined 10s and 7s costs. Louise "Watson, who was charged with parking a car before a public entrance was fined 10s and 7s costs. On thq, charges of passing a stationary tramcar and of not having a driver’s license, Spencer Booth was fined £1 and 7s costs on each charge. Pot not being in possession of a hawker’s license while selling flowers in the street Claude McEwan was fined £1 and 7s costs. Charles James Edwards was fine ! £5 onrl an order for loss of civil rights for two years was made against him on the charge of failing to attend 1 drill.
