THE PRINCE IN CHILE
DELAYED BY HEAVY SNOW TRIP NOW RESUMED. Renter's Telegram. (Received September 21, 11.15 p.m.) VANCOUVER, September 20. The Prince of Wales, who was marooned in Chile last week by heavy enow in the Andes, arrived at Vinadelmar to-day, and left later for the frontier, on his way to Argentina. The weather has improved considerably.
