BROADCASTING STATIONS
PROTEST FROM DUNEDIN
PROMISE UNFULFILLED. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, September 21. At a meeting of tho Otago Radio Association, .which was held in the Returned Soldiers’ Rooms this evening, the following motions were passed: “That this association views with great concern the recent decision of the Government to erect two broadcasting stations only instead of four, as promised, and, further, that this association considers the above decision to be a breach of faith with listenersin; that this association urge the Government to immediately carry out their promise and erect the stations previously agreed upon, or take over the stations at present in operation and make such alterations and additions as necessary to bring them up to date.”
