OPENING OF W.A. PARLIAMENT LABOUR GOVERNMENT’S ACTION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright (Received July 30, 8.35 P.m.); f, PERTH, July 30. The Governor opened the Parliament of West Australia to-day .without the customary guard of'honour. The Labour Government stated that a guard of honour was an excrescence in a Labour-dominated State. The Governor’s Speech mentioned thet the Government would work under the new migration agreement, but would preu for greater financial assistance. »
