MURRAY AND TROWERN. • One of the most important contests of the season is to be promoted bv the local Boxing Association on Monday next, when Murray, who has held the lightweight title for some time, is to meet T.rowern for the championship. The news that Murray, one of the most popular exponents who • ever entered ' a Wellington ring, is again fit and well will be received with pleasure bv all followers of the sport, arid with his forceful tactics opposed to Trowern, who is equally forceful, a very fine contest should result. The box plan is to. open , to-morrow morning, and already inquiries have been received, from all .quarters .for; seats, and an overflow audience' appears to bo ensured.
