NEW PROPOSAL Reuter’* Telegram. TOKIO, July 24. The Government’s new taxation pro* posals include the of the income tax exemption limit, increases in death duties and the duties on - toilet goods and medicines, and the revision of the Customs' duties. It is anticipated that considerable opposition will be raised by some of the partita in the Diet.
