A writ for £6OOO damages, arising out of certain statements' alleged to hare been made, has been issued from, the Hamilton Supreme Court by J. I. Fox, of Feilding, organiser of the Dairy Farmers’ Union, against W: GoodfelloW, manager of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company.
