SEAMAN TO BE DEPORTEJD. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, July 23. Williaht Stewart, alias Robert Eadie, a, seaman, who arrived in New Zealand on May I2th, was, on an application by the Collector of Customs, ordered by Mr Poynton, S.M., to be deported. Ho was oonvicted of theft in .Sydney on November 24tli, and by leaving for New Zealand earlier than two years after the imprisonment, he committed a breach of the Immigration Restrictions Act.
