SLEEPING QUARTERS FOR MEN
WELLINGTON ARRANGEMENTS. At IHe request of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Wellington Harbour Board last evening decided to grant the use of Shed No. 17 (“II” store) for sleeping quarters for the men of the United States fleet. The chairman (Mr M. Cohen) said the Government was really “up against it” in the matter of quarters, and the hoard- should consider it a privilege to assist.
