WELLINGTON UNION LOCAL COMMITTEE MEETS. A meeting of the management committee of the Wellington Rugby Union wag held last night, when there were present Messrs J. Prendeville (in the chair), J. N. Millard, A. Griffiths, E. Williams, A. Lindsay, G. F. W. Jackson, A. Jaokson,, 11. Murphy, E. Ward and A. E. Noflson (secretary). A. N. J, Swain, of the Taita Club, was granted a transfer to tho Hutt Club. The application of L. G. Scott, who wished to transfer from Technical College Old Boys to Wellington, was turned down.
