ANNUAL MEETING. .At the annual meeting 6f the Wellington Bowling Centre, held last evening, Mr S.'Pottjr (Wellington) presided. 'the* following delegates from the various oily bowling clubs were also present:—Messrs P Meadowcroft (Kelburn), M. J. .Hodgins (HuttV "W. .b. Spencer (Thorndon),J. Beyin (Khandallah), J. Muir (Upper Hutt), 8.. G. 0. Burn (Karori), W. J. Newcomb© (Lyall Bay). J. W. Jones (Central), H. Mayef (Wellington). G. M. Stone (Seatoun). W. McUlay (Newtown), H. I Clarke (Island Bay), H. Claridge (Otaki) A. Coles (Petone). J. G. Keith (Victoria), J. (Hataitai), W. G. Buff (Eastbourne), V. Mills (Johnsonville), and E. W. Shallcrass (hon. seorecarv). The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:—President, Mr G. M. Stone (Seatoun)/ hon. treasurer, Mr ,T Kershaw (re-elected): hon. auditor, Mr E. A Biddle (re-elected). It was decided that the executive consist of all club delegates, ten members forming a quorum MEETING OF EXECUTIVE Subsequent to the above meeting the initial meeting of the new executive was held. Mr G. M. Stone presiding. Appreciation was expressed by tho chairman (Mr G. M. Stonfe) and by Mr B. G. H. Burn at the splendid work ip connection with the interests of bowling throughout Wellington and the Dominion,’ achieved by the late executive president. Mr S. Potter. Mr K. W. Shallcrass was unanimously re-elected honorary secretary for the ensuing year. Various suggestion* from clubs as to how pennant competitions should be arranged will bo considered at the next executive meeting.
