KAIWARRA SCHOOL
NEARLY READY FOR OPENING. The Kaiwarra deputation who .waited upon the- City Council yesterday in reference to the suggested playing area, informed a “Times” representative that tho new 6chool would ho ready for opening in about a month. A permanent partition was to have been erected, but a deputation waited upon the Education Board with a request that the partition should he a movable one to enable social functions to he held for the benefit of the school funds. The hoard agreed to make the alteration provided that residents contributed £25 towards the cost, and this condition being accepted the movable partition is being installed.
