GREAT BRITISH MONOPOLY AMERICANS PROTEST. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. , WASHINGTON, July 19. Representatives of the American Rubber Association waited on Mr F. W. Kellog, the Secretary of State, asking him to intervene with the British Government with a view of ending London's monopoly of the rubber market, and arresting the rapid increase in rubber prices.
