The Brussels correspondent of the "Temps” reports that the Belgian Government, in agreement with the British and French Governments, has decided that Dusseldorf, Duisberg, and Rulirort shall be evacuated in the near future. The Frenoh evacuation of the Ruhr, which will, be completed by July 31st, is proceeding quietly and unostentatiously, a "thinning out” polioy being preferred to the more conspicuous and spectacular policy of marching out with flying colours as they marched id 2| years ago. Bochum and Recklinghausen were evacuated to-day, and will be evaouated on s Monday. The last French colonial troops leave the Ruhr on Monday. Many billets already have been released in Essen and Dusseldorf, but reports of the imminent evacuation of Dusseldorf and Duisberg ore premature.
