INSURANCE ON BUILDINGS. Per Press Association , . DUNEDIN, July 17. The insurance cover on the Exhibi£Bo,ooo, has been taken out with the following companies Standard, Nat‘onal - Victoria New Zealand, South British, Australian, Alliance, Australian Provincial Assurance, Excess. Guardian, Hartford, Northern and bouthern union,- Union Assurance State, United, Atlas and Royal Ex- , change. The .following are the amounts on Jie separate buildings No. 1 British Pavilion £10,600; No. 2 Machinery Pavilion £6,400; No. 3 General Exhibits and Provincial Courts £9,500; 4 J? rltl r ? n Dominions Pavilion £lO,5?®’... P Zealand Government Pavilion £9000; No. 6 New Zealand Secondary Industries £20,000; No 7 Motor Pavilion £18,600; No. 10 Fernery £I3OO.
The Exhibition authorities have taken over these buildings from the contractors,. and a start has been made with the erection of the stands.
