A proposal to appoint patrols to watch the races from different parts of the course and report thoir operations was rejected. Reports from the patrols would be taken after each race, it was proposed, and patrols Would not be entitled to adjudicate upon any matter in which they had given evidence. The restriction of hunt club meetings to the period from April Ist to September 30th was agreed to, this being the hunting season.
