GOVERNORSHIP UNLIKELY OTHER POSTS IN VIEW. By Telegraph. Pros*. A««n U.mvright BRISBANE, July 7. The story that Mr E. G. Theodore is likely to b* a candidate for the State Governorship in the event of local Governors being decided on is not regarded seriously in political circles. It is suggested that Mr Theodore would look with favour on the offer of the chairmanship of the proposed Northern Territory Commission, and that Mr W. N. Gillies, the present Premier, is more likely to be g candidate for the Governorship.
