A subdlvisional sale of Belmont sections, 23 in all, which is bound to create a great deal of interest, is advertised to take place at Messrs Harcourt and Co/s rooms on Tuesday, the 30th instant, at 2.30 p.m Situated within 10 or 32 minutes’ walk of the railway station, with areas from 1-5 to over i acre, these sections are situated on a rise, commanding n magnificent harbour view, they also adjoin large areas of beautiful native bush, and they are in what must rightly be considered one of the most picturesque localities around Wellington. The terms of sale are particularly easy, a deposit of only J>lo being asked. The .sections are all practically level, stand in sunny positions, in a particularly healthy and invigorating atmosphere, and it would indeed bo difficult to choose a better or more select locality for the erection of week-end or home sites. It is the vendors intention, in a future subdivision. to set aside an area for tbe laying down of a bowling green and tennis courts, which .should prove a considerable inducement to would-be purchasers.
