DRINKING BY WOMEN
WARNING TO HOTELKEEPERS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 10. At a meeting of the Auckland Licensing Committee. Sub-Inspector Rawles 'said that six hotels were reported to be catering for drinking 0 n the premises by Women, and the licensees were cautioned to discourage the practice. They were also warned against allowing their servants to act for bookmakers.
