MAGISTRATE’S COURT
YESTERDAY’S SITTING. Mr C R. Orr-Walker, S.M., presided! at a sitting of the Magistrates Court yesterday. A first offender for drunkenness, who had been in custody since Saturday last was convicted and discharged. John Foster and John Bryaij, who appeared on » charge of fighting in Cuba street last Saturday afternoon, were respectively fined £1 and £2. Hilary John Money, who appeared on a charge of obscene exposure on the JVluritai beach, wae remanded until March 30th. Bail was allowed at £SO.
