LIQUOR LAW IN NEBRASKA. DRASTIC PROVISIONS. Renter’s Telegram. (Reoeived March 22, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, March 20. A telegram from Omaha says it is predicted that Nebraska will foe the “driest” State in the Union under the law whioh came into force to-day, providing that possession of more than one pint of liquor will be prima facie evidence that its possessor is a bootlegger.
