SECRET PAPERS STOLEN
SOVIET EMBASSY IN PARIS. OFFICIALS IN A PANIC. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, March 19. The officials of the Russian Embassy are in a panic concerning toe disappearance of compromising documents during the night. The missing papers are understood to include a copy of secret code letters from M. Tchitcherin, the Soviet Foreign Minister, and a copy of instructions to French Communists regarding a revolutionary plot.,
