Reserved decision lias teen given by Mi- W. G. Riddell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court in the ease in which Stanley W. Andrews proceeded against William Cuclnano for the recovery of £SO Os by way of dnmuges sustained to the motor-car of the plaintiff in a collision with the car of the defendant on the Paremata-Pahautanui road on December 2nd. The magistrate found in favour of the plaintiff, awarding him damages to the extent of £4B 9s with costs.' At the hearing the plain-, tiff was represented by Mr George Toogood. and Mr A. B. Ciroker appeared for the defendant.
