MOTOR-CAR DESTROYED
BACK FIRES AND BURSTS INTO FLAMES. Per Press Association. THAMES, February 26. A fire in a private garage destroyed a motor-car belonging to Charles Birch, who was starting the car when it backfired and burst into flames. The brigade turned out,, but the oar and garage were destroyed. The car was insured for £IOO, ,and the building for £6O.
