LAW BREAKERS SENTENCED. Per Press Association. NAPIER, February 26 In the Supreme Court, the following sentences were imposed by Mr Justice Aipers:—Frank Fitzwilliam, theft, six months’ hard labour. John Francis Jack, false pretences and forgery, two years’ reformative treatment. Thomas Gilhooley, indecent assault on young girls, five years’ hard labour. Frederick Hula Workman, who pleaded guilty to the theft of articles, received two years’ probation, and was ordered not to gamble or drink to excess.
