SEATOUN HEIGHTS
LOAN FOR BIG WORKS, COUNCIL TAKES ACTION. Another step towards the granting of water and drainage to Seatoun heights was taken last evening, the City Council deciding that ' authority should hs granted for the raising pf a special Joan for the purpose or providing water and drainage facilities at Seatoun heights, the estimated cost of the work being £26,500.
