“WHITE” TROOPS IN CHINA
DISBANDMENT URGED. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received February 27, 0.55 a.m.) PEKING, February 26. The Soviet Ambassador has protested to the Foreign Office against the mintenance of Russian “White” troops between Nanking and ghanghbi, and has urgently requested the Chinese Government to order their disbandment without delay.
