Watt, Speaker of the 'Federal House of Representatives, is a passenger on the Maunganui. He will make a short visit to New Zealand. Mr Watt was Premier of Victoria from 1912 to 1914, when >he resigned and entered Federal politics. He was Minister for Works and Railways in 1917-18, and Commonwealth Treasurer in 1918-20. During the absence of Air W. M. Hughes at the Peace Conference, Mr Watt was Acting-Prime Minister. 1
