PREMIER OF QUEENSLAND
MR THEODORE’S SUCCESSOR. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. (Received February 25, 8 50 p.m.) BRISBANE, February 25. The State Labour Party has elected Mr W. N. Gillies Premier, in succession to Mr E. G. Theodore, who has resigned. Hr Gillies previously was Minister for Agriculture.
Mr Theodore resigned the Premiership in order to enter Federal politics.
