CLAIM against council. ACTION by RESIDENTS. Per Press Association. MASTKRTON, January 30. Six residents of Lanedowne, a submffi of Masterton, which constitutes ffiffi North Ward of the Masterton BorougJb have notified through their solicitor* that they intend to take action again* the council for damage to bouee*prdperty and personal effects caused by the bursting of the dam during the hoods of December 18tb last. The dam supplied the suburb with water.
