SOUTH AFRICA’S EXPANSION. SWAZILAND TOO: LONDON, December 11. The Prime Minister-' of the South African Union (General Hertsog) told' a deputation from Bechuanaland that he thought the time had arrived for considering the incorporation of ■ the Beohuanaland Protectorate, and also' Swaziland, in-the Union, says Ibe Johannesburg correspondent of the “Times.” Such a step, he said, would be in the interest of both the Union and those territories, but in the meanwhile, the feelings of the British Government would have to be ascertained. He therefore contemplated obtaining its views on 'he matter.
