The Prime Minister-' of the South African Union (General Hertsog) told' a deputation from Bechuanaland that he thought the time had arrived for considering the incorporation of ■ the Beohuanaland Protectorate, and also' Swaziland, in-the Union, says Ibe Johannesburg correspondent of the “Times.” Such a step, he said, would be in the interest of both the Union and those territories, but in the meanwhile, the feelings of the British Government would have to be ascertained.
