RETURNING FROM RUSSIA. Renter’s Telegram. (Received December 17, 9.40 p.m.) MOSCOW, December 15. The British trade union delegation, headed by Mr A. A. Purcell, have left Petrograd for England. They were presented, prior to their departure, with addresses from the headquarters of the Soviet unions, expressing hope for the early attainment of the unity of the Labour movement. The British unionists left England shortly after the election, with the objeot of investigating the Zinovieff lettor.
