TALKING WAR
NO DICTATION BY BRITAIN. MILITARY PREPARATIONS. (Sydney “Sun” Cable.) CONSTANTINOPLE, October 13. The Turks are talking war. The Government tas reviewed the question of a general mobilisation, and has adopted: every means for defending tho Iraq frontier. The newspapers state that Turkey will never agree to obey British ciders. Kemal Pasha has summoned the Parliament.
