(By tbe Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) ore for strong south-westerly .to northwesterly winds. Weather squally and changeable, with ehowers, especially on all the western coasts and southern districts. Barometer rising, but falling again everywhere shortly.
