Tho Tceult is that when cocoa is 'up/ tho native is in a position to buy princely motor-caro, when it is 'down/ he oa.i hardly buy a loin cloth. “But there are other industries, such as fruit-growing, which might be developed/' There are numerous mineral resources ready for development.
