PARCEL RATES
DECREASE FROM ENGLAND. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (fieceWSS September 14, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, September 13. The Postmaster-General announces a decrease in the parcel post rate to New Zealand via Australia by Is on parcels not exoeeding three pounds in weight and 9d between three and seven pounds, hut, an inerpase of 5d for parcels between seven and eleven pounds.
