IN FEDERAL PARLIAMENT. NAVAL VOTE PASSED. Bv Telegraph.—Press Assn.-Copyright. (Received September 13, 0.5 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September 12. The House of Representatives sat for 25 hours’ continuously, dismissing the estimates. The time was chiefly devoted to the vote for tlie new orujs»ra. A motion in favour of the reduction of the vote was eventually defeated. Mr W .M. Hughes voted with Labour against the Government. The Naval Estimates were passed.
