WRITS FOR DAMAGES ISSUED. MALICE ALLEGED. Bv Telegraph.—Press Assn.- -Copyright. SYDNEY, September 11. Writs have been issued on behalf of Alexander Healy and James Connors, railway employees, claiming £IOOO damages in each case for alleged malicious proeeoution, wrongful arrest, andfaiao imprisonment, against Arthur William Buckley. Buckley had warrants issued, without the authority of the union, of which he was secretary, for the arrest of three members on charges of conspiracy to defraud tho union He was subsequently dismissed from office and expelled from the union for his action.
